Sure, you can run static ads continuously, canvas neighborhoods with basic postcards, or auto-drip canned emails. That stuff works (to a point). Nopeโwrong! โ๏ธ Call (and text) your past clients, sphere of influence contacts, new leads, old leads, and agent/vendor referral-partners. Why? Because this is a relationship businessโand itโs hard to have relationships with strangers. Last word: itโs never-ever ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ OR ๐๐๐๐๐; itโs always-always ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ AND ๐๐๐๐๐.
