A seller of a home will hire you (or not hire you) based on the following three points of service:

๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ: your systematic plan to promote a listing to the largest pool of ready, willing, and able buyers.
2. ๐ก๐ฒ๐ด๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: your aptitude to structure contract terms in the best interest of your seller.
3. ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: your process to fulfill an agreement and successfully close the sale of the sellerโs property (e.g. due diligence, contingencies, etc.).
These days, weโre seeing alternative business models, hybrids, etcโฆ and consequently, itโs becoming all the more critical for #RealEstateAgents (in their marketing, when meeting face-to-face, etc.) to clarify the scope of their work.
