Listing and selling isnโt the problem, per se -- purchasing is! Selling, for all intents and purposes, is about as good as it gets:

Lots of homeowners, Iโd wager, would downright love to sell in this market! Trouble is, what if that home sells before procuring the next place?! Suffice it to say: สแดแด๊ฑแดแดษด, แดกแด สแดแด แด แด แดสแดสสแดแด! ๐ฉโ๐
Whatโs more, we know roughly two-thirds of buyers are sellers. So based on that, itโs reasonable to infer that the motivation to sell is, for many, prompted by a desire to purchase. But if thereโs nothing on the market to purchase then thereโs no reason to sell, right!? And so it goesโa vicious circle โญ๏ธ
In fact, Iโm convinced all of this is a significant factor contributing to present inventory ๐ shortages.
