Paid ads have never been easier than ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐
๐ (๐๐๐๐ผ๐จ). The product launched in 2019, but then, in 2020, they added new industriesโone in particular: ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐!
You may have heard it called ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐จ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐๐ถ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฅ or ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐จ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐๐ค๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฅ. Technically, those are just ๐ฃ๐ข๐ฅ๐จ๐ฆ๐ด w/in the program. FYI, ๐๐๐๐ผ๐จ deploys a pretty intense screening/background-check process, so be ready. (Clients tell me theyโll ask for a valid RE license #, certificate of ins., etc.)
Now, hereโs what makes this program so crazy-special:
1๏ธโฃ Someone Google searches a phrase like, โ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ขโโwhichโll doubtlessly trigger a bunch of ads. Iโd expect to see participation from the likes of UpNest, HomeLight, Dave Ramsey, and many others looking to jump in front of that traffic. After all, thatโs a pretty high-intent search query.
2๏ธโฃ But hold the phone โ๏ธ Typical ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐
๐ appear at the tippy-top (and bottom) of the Results page. These ads are always easy to spot: itโll say ๐๐ฑ next to the link.
Hereโs what insane: ๐๐๐๐ผ๐จ cuts โ๏ธ the line. Google literally invented a new section directly under the search barโabove the Search ๐๐ฑ๐โwhere it places the photos, names, star-ratings, and phone-numbers of three local agents who are in the program. I mean, whoa! ๐ฎโtalk about looking out for the little guy!
3๏ธโฃ You only pay when you get leads. Yep! ๐ Youโll set a budget, but to quote Google, โY๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ข ๐๐๐ข ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ข ๐๐๐๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐.โ
P.S. For comparison, in the Zillow Premier Agent program, historically (I know itโs changing/changed), a visitor identified a property of interest and pressed a button that said, โ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ญโโafter which theyโd be shown the headshots and star-ratings of a small handful of local โPremier Agents.โ Sounds similar, only, w/ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐จ, the visitor isnโt searching for a house ๐ก and then being shown an agent, theyโre searching for ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎโand that, I think, is a profound difference.
