Whatever the Role is Fill the Shoes

A seller of a home will hire you (or not hire you) based on the following three points of service:

1. ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด + ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ: your systematic plan to promote a listing to the largest pool of ready, willing, and able buyers.

2. ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ผ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐˜€: your aptitude to structure contract terms in the best interest of your seller.

3. ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: your process to fulfill an agreement and successfully close the sale of the sellerโ€™s property (e.g. due diligence, contingencies, etc.).

These days, weโ€™re seeing alternative business models, hybrids, etcโ€ฆ and consequently, itโ€™s becoming all the more critical for #RealEstateAgents (in their marketing, when meeting face-to-face, etc.) to clarify the scope of their work.

When you meet with a prospective seller at your next listing listing appointment, how will you succinctly communicate your role? Whatโ€™s your elevators pitch?โ€”Iโ€™d really, really love to hear it in a comment below, please :D
